DEFINITIONS

Client - The person who confirms the Booking on behalf of and with the consent of all persons in the party for whom the booking is made.

Booking – An agreement between Do Cornwall and Client for Do Cornwall to provide services which has been confirmed in either verbally or in writing by Do Cornwall.

1 BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1.1 The Client is responsible for full payment of the Booking (including any cancellation charges) and where an organisation is named in the Booking; the officers or representatives of that organisation shall also be considered to be the Client and shall be jointly and severally liable with the Client for all payments due under the contract.

1.2 The Client will pay all sums due under this Booking within 14 days of receipt of an invoice from Do Cornwall without any discount, deduction, set off or abatement.

1.3 Until a booking has been received and confirmed by Do Cornwall all bookings are regarded as provisional.

2 COMMENTS AND COMPLAINTS
2.1 Feedback is always welcome, any complaints should be addressed to Nigel Kerr.

3 CONDITIONS OF Booking
3.1 The Client agrees to take reasonable care of the equipment provided by Do Cornwall. Should damage occur through carelessness, to pay for any damage howsoever caused by the client or the members of the Client’s party.

4 CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Do Cornwall may offer alternative activities should prevailing conditions be considered unsafe.

4.2 Booking cancellations must be made a minimum of three days prior to Booking date or  100% of the total Booking fee becomes payable.

5 GENERAL
5.1 Except where statutory provisions otherwise provide, Do Cornwall will not be responsible or liable in any way to the Client, members of the Client’s party or any person or persons in respect of :-

(a) damage or loss of any property;
(b) any loss or injury which may be incurred in the absence of negligence by Do Cornwall or its servants or agents;
 (c) any activities or activity days which are cancelled as a result of any circumstances beyond the control of Do Cornwall including any circumstance arising from that deemed force majeure.
